Description- - This is a senior management role which would manage a centre of excellence ( captive unit) in Bangalore - Responsible to engage and coordinate with the PPM function to determine the most efficient ways for the Bangalore COE to provide pricing support across products and geographies. - Work closely with the teams in the COE to determine synergies and collaboration opportunities to meet the PI objectives - Act as a driver of innovation for the pricing and underwriting processes within PI - Help pilot new tools or processes that leverage technology to automate and seek to transform the insurance industry Person Profile : - 12 + years of experience in analytics with atleast 5 years in the financial services industry (preferable in insurance) - Strong academic and practical experience in the technology space (programmer, developer or predictive modeler) - Very strong communication skills - Excellent team management skills - We need someone who can grow a stable team which already has well entrenched managers
