Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the senior management team on various strategic assignments

- Map competition and the category changes out very clearly

- Internal benchmarking and driving KRAs for different units

- Play a crucial role in managing data/ analytics to track performance of various departments

- Look at project pipeline and suggest ways to improve current processes. Fast track projects which are on hold

- Be the nodal point for functions such as sales, operations, marketing, and product development

Experience & Skills Required:  

- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and therefore a juggler

- Can understand the property classified space and appreciate the same.

- Very strong analytical abilities.

- Good with numbers and excel sheets

- Can prepare high quality presentation for management review

- Has worked in a business/ consulting type of role for 2 years
