Details:
We're looking for someone who-
- is immensely passionate about solving complex cases (real world problems)
- has experience building ML systems from scratch (including recommender systems, NLP etc.)
- has experience building and leading a Data Science team
Job Responsibilities-
- hiring/mentoring your own Watsons - you may build the Data Science team as needed
- building our own Watson (no not that one, the IBM one) - Plan and develop all required ML systems in-house
- identifying actionable insights and solutions from our large datasets; setup analytics frameworks as required
- designing and helping implement A/B experiments to track the impact of individual changes in our product
