Details:

• Data Scientist will be working with business stakeholders to understand business problems and identify analytics solutions.
• Data Scientist will conduct research,build appropriate machine learning model and present prototype solutions.
• Data Scientist will build industrial strength models and deploy them for analytics product delivery.
• Data Scientist will provide insights and obsevations from various data sets for research reports.

Min. Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as a Data Scientist in a core analytics team delivering solutions to external clients or to internal stakeholders within the organization.
• Expert Knowledge of statistics and 2+ Years of experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets using R/Python.
• Proficient in practical application of basic to advanced machine learning models and has experience in applying predictive and prescriptive models to solve business problems.
• Strong knowledge and 3+ Years of experience with querying databases (SQL Server or related) and 3+ Years of experience in using advanced Excel for efficient data analysis.
• 2+ Years of experience with visual analytics and tools (Tableau/Power BI/ Qlikview or similar)
• Business intelligence and Financial domain knowledge, and business knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking/Asset Management/ Stock market (preferably markets in USA) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with natural curiosity that leads to independent observations and product recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
