We are looking for a Team Lead- Data Scientist to lead a technical team and help us gain useful insight out of raw data and to help improve our products and business decisions by making the most out of our data.

Team Lead Data Scientist responsibilities include

• Managing the data science team,
• Planning projects and building analytics models.
• Client Interaction

Min. Qualification:

• Masters degree (or at a minimum relevant certifications) from a good university (Computational Finance, Data Science & Machine Learning, Financial Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Maths are preferred)
• Bachelor degree from a good university (Maths, Software Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering are preferred)
• Software Engineering skills (of ideal candidate): Python, Tensorflow, Q/Kdb+, Working with APIs (FIX protocol is a plus), AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Serverless applications, Github
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly both in writing and verball

Skills Required:

Time series forecasting, Quantitative analysis, Statistical and data minings techniques, Algorithm trading, financial mathemtics

Roles:

• Researching and developing quantitative trading strategies across various asset classes (FX, Stocks, Commodities, Rates)
• Improve the infrastructure and automation of the desk across both the Brokerage and Portfolio Management businesses
• Automate flows for financial time series data storage and build Machine Learning models to extract edge from the market
• Build Machine Learning models for the analysis of proprietary data and optimisation of trading operations
• Development of asset allocation models and front office tools using Python and Tensorflow
