Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree (preferred) with Mathematics, Statistics, programming skills and sound hands-on knowledge in ML/DL.

3+ years’ experience in Advanced Analytics

 

Other skill set:

• Expert knowledge of statistical and ML techniques (Supervised and unsupervised learning)
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, research and project/ process management skills
• Good Visual Analytics skill preferred.
• Sound working knowledge of software like R, Python
• Good understanding of different OS and cloud platforms.

Min. Qualification:

Job responsibilities:

Support Head ERM and CRO in:

• Providing value-added analytics insights for better understanding and management
• of key risks (mortality, persistency, fraud etc.)
• Playing a pivotal role in predictive analytics projects for key risks and internal
• research initiatives of the company.
• Use Machine Learning and/or Deep learning capability to build production-ready
• model and help in deployment.
• Delivering business-driven research to aid innovation and provide insight into new
• business opportunities
• Keeping track of Global trends in modelling, statistical problems / solutions and how
• such best practices can be used for the company
• Maintaining high standard in coding, documentation, and presentation.
• Provide ad-hoc research support for Underwriting, Claims and Pricing departments.
