Details:

• Business Analyst will be working with business stakeholders to understand business problems and documenting business requirements.
• Business Analysts will be responsible for ensuring End to End delivery of solutions for analytics products.
• Business Analysts will be creating user stories and communicating to the development teams.
• Business Analyst will act as a functional consultant and will ensure that the quality of deliverables meet the business requirements.

 

Min. Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as a Business Analyst or 2+ years of experience with MBA Finance degree from a reputed institute.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in MIS(Management Information Systems)/ Data Science team setting that delivers solutions to external clients or to internal stakeholders within the organization.
• Familiarity with Business Analysis process such as requirement engineering, documenting, creating business process flows and validating requirements (Quality Assurance).
• Experience writing insights and research reports using data and analysis provided by supporting teams.
• Knowledge of statistics and 2+ Years of experience using statistical packages/machine learning models for analyzing datasets using R/Python is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with querying databases (SQL Server or related) is a plus
• 3+ Years of experience in using advanced Excel for efficient data analysis.
• Experience with visual analytics and tools (Tableau/Power BI/ Qlikview or similar) is a plus
• Business intelligence and Financial domain knowledge, and business knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking/Asset Management/ Stock market (preferably markets in USA) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with natural curiosity that leads to independent observations and product recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
