Must Have:
1 Knowledge on the HP SM 9.X Architecture implementation and configuration
2 Experience in implementing, configuration and customization of Incident , problem, knowledge, change and service Management
3 Webservices Integration , HP SM using SOAP and REST API
4 Creating and Managing the Connect-IT Scenarios
5 JAVA and RAD languages for customization

Good to have:
1 ITIL Process knowledge and implementation experience
2 HP CMDB and Asset Manager working experience
3 Experience with Service catalog design and implementation
4 Should have SQL knowledge on the Service DB

Min. Qualification:

Any Full-time Bachelors Degree
