multiple INR 30 - 35 LPA Experience : 5 - 10 YRS. Openings: 2Key Responsibilities:
• Identify problem areas for a specific spend category and / or across the portfolio through data insights
• Prioritize problem areas and then craft intervention strategies either using multi-wave multi-channel communication or through changes in user experience
• Liaise with business stakeholders to finalise intervention strategies – tactical & long term
• Own and deliver on known business problems or marketing campaigns that are data intensive & that require near real-time data
• Collaborate with BI / advanced analytics / data science & data engineering leads to build insights for deep dive and exploratory analyses that require minimal manual intervention to prepare
• Collaborate with solutioning teams to create processes which consume data to drive superior user experience
• Work with cross functional teams like marketing operations & website development teams as the point of contact in the broader analytics team for relevant projects
Work with: Traditional dBs, NoSQL based dBs; Adobe Data Work Bench, Adobe Ultimate, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Mobile App Analytics
Internal interactions: Regularly with Air Partnerships team, Non-air Partnerships team, Marketing team, Website & mobile app development teams, Service partners, Technology partners
External interactions: Limited interactions with JP’s B2B partners in a managed environment

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelors / Masters / Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or related technical or any Degree with MBA
• Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL systems
• Experience in working for web platforms & mobile app platforms using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics or equivalent • Hands-on experience in delivering analytics output using R / Python / SAS / SPSS – either as predictive models, segmentation, clusters, visualisations or for reporting
• Knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, data mining • Exposure to data visualisation software like Tableau / Power BI / Qlikview
• Exposure in digital and direct communication cycles (campaign idea – data validation – roll out – tracking)
• Good articulation and story-telling skills using data & insights • Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good to have:
o Have used Big Data platforms to generate insights
o Exposure to Agile methodology
o Exposure to AI based applications &/or text mining techniques and usage of same in a live environment
