Job Role : This candidate will be responsible for managing various business intelligence initiatives Responsibilities : - Work closely with internal business stakeholders to understand project objectives & specific data requirements - Effectively translate business requirements from data briefs to data delivery - Monitor, maintain and improve business KPI's by developing new strategies - Provide adhoc data support to other COE / business teams for flawless execution - Identify additional cross sell opportunities / data avenues to existing customers using data insights and analytics - Ongoing liaising with Risk to ensure all policies, processes, data flow are working efficiently and all required changes are build and implemented suitably Required Qualifications and Experience : - B.E / MBA / Post Graduate with 3-4 years experience in BFSI BIU domain - Exposure to various data management solutions & technologies - Ability to learn new technologies & adapt to dynamic business requirements - Strong hands on programming experience in SAS / SQL / Tableau & known best coding practises - Excellent data management and presentation skills
