Role Summary Description: - Be mindful of the scope of the project - Understand client's requirements and its business viabilities. - Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web - Experience building responsive user interfaces that work seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop web platforms - The Data & Analytics Visualization Lead Responsible for collaborating with the business analyst and data analyst to resolve gaps between the business requirements and information delivery design specifications and ensuring these decisions are documented. - Dashboard/Presentation Development - Develops dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Visualization tools - Prepare and produce releases of software components - Individual will be responsible in supporting Data & Analytics solutions by providing Interactive, web designs prototype to meet requirements. Participates in data model and database design reviews. - Plan the closure of the solutions and see through the implementation of the solutions Functional/Technical Skills: (across most levels) - B.Tech/MS/MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject. - Bring 12+years of software engineering and consulting delivery experience - Extensive (5+ years) experience in Data visualization technologies. - Hands on experience with any of the data visualization platforms: QlikView/Tableau - Good knowledge of SQL - Good knowledge of ETL tools like SSRS, SSIS would be a plus. - Expertise in JavaScript frameworks such as D3.js would be a plus - Comfortable in working with large, multi-dimensional data sets (data manipulation and analysis) - Demonstrated UI skills in creating dashboards - Good understanding of concepts and how to include them in visualizations - Working experience at least one full life cycle production deployment of visualization solution - Excellent analytical aptitude and problem solving skills - Good communication skills and client oriented attitude - Organized and detail oriented person
