The Client
They are the first and currently the only player, in the predictive engine-based self-service analytics product space for end business users. They have created a AI based virtual analyst, capable of understanding plain English queries from user, and autonomously being able to take decisions ranging from data selection to algorithm selection and finally visualisation and narratives, without any human intervention. They are now embarking on bringing explainable component to their AI based solutions, to make the business decisions simpler, easier and adaptable to larger stakeholders. They are also rapidly expanding to bring the product to the world's major businesses.

Position: Manager/Senior Manager - Analytics Translation and Solution Designing – Banking
Relevant Experience: 7 - 10 yr
Location : Bangalore
Joining: Immediate to 30 days
Interview Process: 1/2 Telephonic Rounds followed by personal interview

Min. Qualification:

Experience (Must Have):
a) 7-10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects in banking operations or related domains
b) Experience in developing analytics led solutions in atleast one of the core banking fucntions – marketing, risk, operations, finance spanning customer lifecycle across products ( assets and liabilities).Hands on experience in banking operations process modeling
c) A good understanding of software applications and platforms specific to banking function
d) Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem solving
e) Strong verbal and written communication skills
f) A good understanding of the landscape of BI solutions like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Answer Rocket, Looker etc.
g) Hands-on experience in predictive modeling techniques like regression, classification, clustering, forecasting etc.
h) Proficiency in R/Python/SQL
i) A good understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases

Educational Qualifications
a) A master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance/ MBA is preferable
b) A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong Academic background

Good to have (Experience and Qualifications)
a) FRM/PRM qualification
b) A knowledge of technology infrastructure, specifically, big data technologies- Elastic search / Spark / H2O etc.
c) Familiarity with platforms like google cloud, AWS, Azure etc.
d) Prior Product management experience
e) Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools like JIRA

Skills Required:

Python, SQL, NoSQL, Statistical Modelling, Banking Domain

Roles:

As a part of the solutioning team, you will be responsible for developing Analytics led Banking solutions on their AI based virtual analyst, and take them to prospective clients. In a highly charged and dynamic environment, your job will require the following -

a) Design and develop scalable and configurable banking solutions on their AI based virtual analyst
- The solution will address the breadth of banking functions including and not limiting to marketing, risk, operations, finance spanning customer lifecycle across products ( assets and liabilities)
b) Understand data models, technology infrastructure to design product implementation solutions
c) Work closely with the business development and sales teams to scope clients’ needs and configure Leni to address the needs
d) Lead a team of NLP analysts, data scientists, data engineers and business analysts to implement their AI based virtual analyst for clients
e) Assess market needs and contribute in introduction of new features and capabilities on their AI based virtual analyst
f) Sometimes, Write/Review code to scale product capabilities
