Position : Manager/Sr. Manager - Analytics Translation & Solutions Designing - Supply Chain

Relevant Experience : 7 -10 years

Min. Qualification:

Experience and Qualifications :

Must have :

a) 7-10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects in Supply Chain operations or related manufacturing domains

b) Experience in developing analytics led solutions in all or a few of the following in Supply chain :

- Planning, Sourcing, Inventory, Warehousing & Logistics, with a focus on Digital Transformation and ERP led transformations

c) Deep understanding of the domain, key challenges faced by leading Manufacturing, CPG, Retail & Life Sciences firms and how analytical solutioning can help address those challenges

d) Hands on experience in supply chain modeling

e) A good understanding of software applications and platforms specific to manufacturing function

f) Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem-solving

g) Strong verbal and written communication skills

h) A good understanding of the landscape of BI solutions like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Answer Rocket, Looker etc.

i) Hands-on experience in predictive modeling techniques like Forecasting, Optimization, Operations research, Regression, Classification, Clustering etc.

j) Proficiency in R/Python/SQL

k) A good understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases

l) A master's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain/ MBA

m) A bachelor's degree in Manufacturing /Stats/Economics discipline

Good to have :

a) Associated with the business and IT organizations of Manufacturing, CPG, Retail & Life Sciences firms

b) A knowledge of technology infrastructure, specifically, big data technologies- Elastic search / Spark / H20 etc.

c) Familiarity with platforms like google cloud, AWS, Azure etc.

d) Prior Product management experience

e) Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools like JIRA

Roles:

Responsibilities :

As a part of the solutioning and implementation team, you'll be responsible for developing Data Analytics led Supply Chain Operations related solutions on the product, a AI-based virtual analyst, and take them to prospective clients. In a highly charged and dynamic environment, your job will require the following :

a) Design and develop scalable and configurable supply chain solutions on company product:

- Solution to address the breadth of supply chain functions including Planning, Forecasting, Sourcing, Inventory, Optimization, Warehousing & Logistics, with a focus on Digital Transformation and ERP led transformations

b) Understand data models, technology infrastructure to design product implementation solutions

c) Work closely with the business development and sales teams to scope clients needs and configure AI based virtual analyst to address the needs

d) Lead a team of NLP analysts, data scientists, data engineers and business analysts to implement the AI based virtual analyst for clients

e) Assess market needs and contribute in introduction of new features and capabilities on the AI based virtual analyst

f) Sometimes, Write/Review code to scale product capabilities
