Details:

1. Identify and Understand client issues, gaps in their existing technology / tactical implementations, and recommend Big Data Solutions to meet their immediate and long-term needs
   
2. Work closely with client partners to conceptualize and develop the right client solution
3. Act and be seen as trusted advisor by both client and internal stakeholders
4. Lead solution design using open source and enterprise level big data technologies and platforms
5. Lead development of solution on big data and cloud stack
6. Expertise and significant hands-on (design and development) experience in at least 3 big data technologies
7. Experience in managing and building solution on cloud environment (AWS, Azure etc.)
8. Client Needs Assessment, Project scoping for projects
9. Design, Conceptualize analytics algorithms / workflow to address client needs on a big data / cloud-based platform
10. Developing Analysis Model for the business subject areas
11. Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues
12. Demonstrate technical and strategic leadership
13. Lead and Own delivery of technical engagements by exceeding customer expectations
14. Provide expert consultation for big-data architecture and best practices to customers and internal employees
15. Prepare Estimation and Pricing for customer and internal projects
16. Lead medium to large size projects, and manage the execution by planning project activities, assigning tasks to team, tracking and monitoring the tasks, and working with close coordination with the senior leadership (both client and internal)
17. Bachelor’s degree in computer science
18. MBA / Master’s Degree is preferred
19. Experience working on Pharma/Life Sciences projects will be a plus,
20. A minimum of 10 years of relevant technology experience in designing and developing solutions
21. Overall 10+ years of experience in technical leadership in Business Technology and Big Data / Cloud technology areas. Must have designed and implemented Big Data solutions as Lead Architect and / or Delivery Manager for at more than three end-to-end large scale systems.
22. Should have successfully done at least three end to end large implementations using Big Data technologies
23. Experience in architecting, leading development of, and maintaining large enterprise systems
24. Extensive hands-on knowledge of at least 2 – 3 of the new age technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Storm, Impala, Hive, Pig, Presto, MongoDB, Neo4J, Lucene, Cassandara etc
25. Expert knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
26. Expert knowledge of at least couple of programming languages (Java, Python, PHP etc.)
27. Knowledge in Data Analysis & Logical Data Modelling
28. Business analysis capability to work with HLDD, LLDD and other design documents
