Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Extensive hands on experience in Excel, VBA, SQL, statistical (R/SAS) & visualization platforms (Spotfire/Tableau/Qlikview etc..) 

- Perform analysis on large set of data and use appropriate statistical tools and methodologies to carry out the analysis 

- Ability to find interesting/anomalous patterns in large data sets across various platforms and present them in a very intuitive fashion 

- Demonstrated experience in using quantitative analyses and data mining to solve structured or unstructured problems and interpreting results 

- Root cause analysis/ Deep dive of varied business problems using appropriate ML techniques 

- Excellent storyboarding skills and the ability to formulate intuitive hypothesis to identify trends/patterns 

- Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings 

- Keep up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving area of decision science 

- Effective presentation & storyboarding skills & experience in creating presentations for mid-level/executive clients 

Skills & Qualifications : 

- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Management, Math, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline. 

- 1-3 years of experience in working on reporting / inquisitive/predictive and prescriptive analytics
