• The Vice President - CRS role will manage a day-to-day partner engagement and lead teams to develop and execute strategies supporting a franchise retailer branded card portfolio.
• These strategies will focus on driving profitable growth, enhancing the customer experience, meeting contractual commitments and delivering value to Client the retail partner.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, relationship building, technical and communication skills with proven record of accomplishment of collaborating and influencing across teams.  

Min. Qualification:

• 12+ years of experience with 6+ years in managing teams .
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the quantitative discipline: Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Business Finance, Statistics from Tier-1,2
• Master’s Degree in Finance/Mathematics/Management is preferred Tier-1,2
• Strong analytical / technical skills to break down the problem and provide recommendations .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals across departments/functions.
• Experience in managing high performing analytical team.
• Coach,mentor and develop large teams.
